One you have clicked the "Remote Support" button, a download will be initiated in your browser.
Once completed and opened, please click "Run" on the popup box. You might be prompted to allow the app to make changes which you need to accept plus a pop up to accept a EULA agreement which you can read and also must be accepted to proceed. Once this is completed an ID and password will be generated and we will ask for the ID first, Remember never to send the ID and password by email and only ever advise this over the phone for security reasons.
