If you are travelling or using Outlook in a different time zone than the server, you may find it useful to change Outlook’s time zone so that you Calendar items/meetings are displayed in your current time zone.
1. Open Outlook (we are using Outlook 2010 but this article can also be used for Outlook 2013).
2. In the top left of the screen, select FILE and then OPTIONS
3. In the new dialogue box, select the CALENDAR button on the left.
4. On the Calendar screen, scroll down and see the “Time Zones” section as below. From here you can select your correct time zone setting. When complete, click OK to save and exit.
