Checking your Exchange email in an internet browser

If you have a Microsoft Managed Exchange email account with Simplifying IT, you are able to view and send emails via our Outlook Web Access website.

To get started, open your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc) and in the address bar at the top, type in the following address: 

Visit this address by pressing enter. You will now see a blue login screen as below.

In the Security section, by selecting “This is a public or shared computer” if you do not wish for your username to be saved for next time. If you are using your personal computer, select “This is a private computer“.

Enter your username and password as provided by Simplifying IT for your Exchange email address. If you are unsure of these details, feel free to contact us or send us a new ticket using the “Open a Support Ticket” on the right of this page.

Once logged in, you will be greeted with a layout similar to your regular Outlook program. You can now view, send and receive emails as normal.

Remember, if you delete or move emails from this screen, they will also be deleted or moved from every computer or device you normally view your emails on.
