Keep important passwords, documents and checklists protected and in one place, with an audit trail and version history. Includes one licence per team member.

Remote server access

If you use our remote server, this plan includes the licensing to connect to it and to use the Office apps installed on it.

We can add Microsoft’s extra security add-ons to Premium, or move you to Microsoft 365 E5. Contact us to talk through what you need.

Costs less than a full plan, and is available to businesses whose users are on one of our IT Support plans. Each additional computer gets:

Unlimited remote support

As much remote help as you need, with free phone support and priority voice messages. Urgent issues are usually answered within 4 hours.

Antivirus and cyber protection

Business grade antivirus that detects and blocks viruses, ransomware and other harmful software. We manage it centrally, so the computer stays protected and up to date.

Managed updates

Windows and your apps kept up to date on a set schedule, with no surprise shutdowns.

Discounted on-site support and hardware

On-site visits at $147 per hour inc GST during business hours (normally $227) and $187 per hour inc GST after hours (normally $287), plus discounted hardware and installations.

Backup

If the additional computer is signed in with the user’s account, we set up its Desktop, Documents and Pictures folders to save to OneDrive, so they’re covered by the user’s Microsoft 365 backup. Files saved anywhere else on the computer are not backed up.
