Status: Connect Failed error in Webdrive
Step 1: Click on the Windows Button w1 then the small user icon w2 and then “Change account Settings” as below:
Step 2: Then click on ‘Sign-in options’
Step 3: When you get to this page click on the following 3 keys on your keyboard at the same time:
Press Ctrl + ALT + END
DO NOT Press Ctrl + ALT + DEL
Step 4: The following page will appear. Click on ‘Change a password’
Step 5: The following screen will appear. Enter your old password followed by a password that you select. It must be 8 characters long with at least 1 capital and 1 number.
